Outlook: |
Northern Securities appears to be having some success with securing
small cap clients who require lead financing, but has yet to benefit
greatly from these deals. Northern Securities inclusion in a few
small to mid sized underwriting groups as co-underwriters is a positive
step to increasing exposure and building confidence in Northern's
ability to work in financing syndicates. |
 Northern
Financial has built a highly acclaimed online brokerage site (eNorthern),
but with the lack of direct advertising and marketing, the question
remains, "if you build it will they come?". At
present, the greatest concern for shareholders of Northern Financial
is whether the current management team will be able to hold down
expenses while maintaining revenue growth without incurring further
share dilution or debt. |
